Meet the Moderator:
Kelly Kleinfelder, Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President - SDI, Inc.
A key mover in SDI's Digital Transformation Initiative, Kelly acts as a customer advocate to ensure professional, reliable, systems delivery to our client, ensuring that proper attention is provided to service customer needs. Kelly has a track record as a visionary IT leader, building, organizing, and overseeing best-in-class IT departments. She has extensive experience in IT operations, business process improvement, policy authoring and compliance allowing her to deliver technology solutions/strategies that result in high customer satisfaction, efficiency gains and cost reductions. Kelly began her career in IT systems integration consulting as a system engineer. From there, she moved into the technical management track, and became a leader of systems administrators and engineers. She has served in various IT leadership positions since 2000. Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Drexel University. She holds a Master’s in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University. Kelly resides in Bucks County with her four sons.

Marcia Zaruba O'Connor, CEO and Founder - The O'Connor Group
Marcia Zaruba O’Connor is CEO and Founder of The O’Connor Group, a leading provider of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Solutions for the life sciences, professional services, and manufacturing. The O’Connor Group was founded in 2007 and is based in King of Prussia, PA. The O’Connor Group is a certified as a National Women’s Business Enterprise. In 2020, the O’Connor Group was the recipient of Inc. 5000, the Philadelphia Business Journal (PBJ) Soaring 76, Entrepreneurs Forum Philly 100 and the PBJ Best Places and Healthiest Places to work. Currently, Marcia is President-elect for the Philadelphia chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO). EO is an international organization with over 14,000 CEOs. She also has created and manages several peer networking groups supporting entrepreneurs and senior level executives. Marcia earned her MS degree in Human Organization Development from Villanova and her BS degree in Accounting from Widener University. Marcia is also a graduate of the Goldman Sach’s 10K Small Business Program. She and her husband live in King of Prussia and her son is attending Penn State University.
Kate Donocoff, Ed.S, Assistant Principal - West Deptford Middle School
Kate Donocoff is currently an Assistant Principal at West Deptford Middle School in Gloucester County, NJ. Although she NEVER thought she'd end up in her current position, she's so grateful her path led her to where she is now as she is so passionate about overseeing the social-emotional and behavioral wellness of the 900 students in her school. Kate's graduate training is in applied behavior analysis, school psychology, educational systems, and educational leadership. She lives in southern New Jersey with her husband, two boys, and dog.
Meredith McGrath, VP Account Management - Graphite GTC
With 20 years experience, Meredith brings proven performance in relationship management, business development, and process management in rapidly changing environments such as, public sector, technology, and healthcare. She has worked in major corporations and non-profits such as, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, The Rothman Institute, SAP, and Attain LLC. As Chief Relationship Officer in the Philadelphia office of Nourie Group, she worked with regional B2B clients (Financial, Commercial RE, Law Firms, Tech & Non-Profits) to ensure their marketing/brand communication efforts are supported by the right internal/external marketing processes. Currently Meredith is the VP of Account Management at Graphite GTC a no-code technology company based in the greater Philadelphia area. Meredith helps forge strategic relationships with clients and partners to proliferate the use of Graphite Studio. Internally, she oversees growth strategies for Graphite GTC.
Meredith brings a unique combination of skillsets to her role compiled from a diverse background crossing many markets and functionalities. She graduated from Widener University with a degree in Business.
